Simplan, provided by Aube Co., stores the categories, priorities, available time, fixed schedules, activities, timetables, focus records, and app and widget settings entered by the user. It does not collect account registration information, contacts, or precise location information.
This information is used only to organize schedules, display timetables and widgets, and provide the focus timer and statistics. It is stored locally on the device by default and is not transmitted or synchronized to a separate server operated by Simplan.
The app uses Google Mobile Ads and Google User Messaging Platform. Device or advertising identifiers, IP address, approximate location, app interaction data, and diagnostic information may be transmitted to and processed by Google and its advertising partners to serve ads, determine whether personalized ads may be shown, manage consent, prevent abuse, and measure performance. In regions where consent is required, the app presents a consent form before requesting ads.
The app may request notification and alarm permissions to provide schedule reminders and to display the focus timer's remaining time and controls. Home screen widgets may display the user's saved current schedule, timetable, or timer status.
When the user chooses to export a backup, plans and focus records are saved as a JSON file and are managed according to the selected location and storage service's policies. Depending on device settings, app data may also be stored in backup storage linked to the user's Google Account through Android app backup or device transfer features.
Information is retained until the user deletes it in the app, clears the app's data, or uninstalls the app. Uninstalling removes locally stored information, although backups created by the operating system may remain for a period determined by the applicable backup policy.
Aube Co. does not sell users' plans or focus records to third parties and does not collect them on its own servers. Information processed by advertising SDKs for ad delivery and related purposes, and information transferred to a backup storage service selected by the user, is handled as described in Sections 3 and 5.
Simplan does not knowingly collect children's personal information. If you believe personal information has been processed in error, please contact us using the method below.
Aube Co. is responsible for privacy matters. Privacy inquiries and deletion requests may be submitted through the developer email address shown on the store where the app was downloaded. If app features or applicable laws change, this policy will be revised and its effective date updated.

Aube Co.는 사용자의 계획 및 집중 기록을 제3자에게 판매하거나 자체 서버로 수집하지 않습니다. 광고 SDK가 광고 제공 등을 위해 처리하는 정보와 사용자가 선택한 백업 저장 서비스로 전달되는 정보는 각각 위 3항과 5항에 따릅니다.

資料僅用於安排行程、顯示時間表與小工具、提供專注計時器及統計，原則上儲存在裝置內，不會傳送或同步至Simplan營運的其他伺服器。
本App使用Google Mobile Ads與Google User Messaging Platform。為提供廣告、判斷是否顯示個人化廣告、管理同意、防止濫用及衡量成效，裝置或廣告識別碼、IP位址、概略位置、App互動資訊及診斷資訊可能會傳送給Google與Google的廣告合作夥伴並由其處理。在依法需要同意的地區，App會在要求廣告前顯示同意畫面。
為顯示專注計時器的剩餘時間與操作按鈕，App可能要求通知權限。主畫面小工具可能顯示已儲存的目前行程、時間表或計時器狀態。
