Privacy Policy

My 15 (the “App”) values your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information the App uses, stores, and shares with third-party services.

1. Information Stored Directly by the App

The App stores the following information locally on your device:

• Value names and icons selected or created by you
• Rules for each category
• Occupations, perspectives, and roles used in your profile
• Pixel icon data created by drawing or converting a photo
• Creation dates and profile icon arrangements for Life Records
• Sound, visual effect, deletion confirmation, and rewarded slot settings

This information is stored in Android DataStore to provide the App’s features. It is not sent to an account or to a server operated by the developer.

If Android device backup is enabled, local App data may be included in Google’s Android backup or device-transfer services according to the operating system’s policies and your device settings. The developer cannot directly access or manage these backups.

2. Photos and Camera

When you choose to use the icon creation feature, the App may allow you to:

• Take a photo through the system camera app
• Select an image from your gallery
• Crop and convert the selected area into a 16×16 pixel icon

Original photos are processed only in device memory during conversion and are not uploaded to a server operated by the developer. The App does not separately retain the original photo. Only the converted pixel color data is stored locally on your device.

3. Advertising

The App displays Google AdMob banner ads on the home screen and uses optional rewarded ads to provide additional free slots. A rewarded ad is shown only after you choose to watch it. Banner ads and rewarded ads are not shown to Premium users.

The Google Mobile Ads SDK may automatically collect or share the following information with Google for advertising, measurement, analytics, and fraud prevention:

• IP address and approximate location inferred from it
• App interactions such as app launches, ad views, and taps
• Diagnostic information such as startup time, crashes, hangs, and energy usage
• Android Advertising ID, App Set ID, and other device identifiers

This information is encrypted in transit. You can reset or delete your Advertising ID through the privacy or advertising settings on your Android device. For more information, see the Google Privacy Policy and How Google uses information for advertising.

4. Purposes of Use

The App and its third-party services use information to:

• Provide the value shelf, rules, profile, and Life Record features
• Store and display pixel icons created by you
• Serve banner and rewarded ads and grant the corresponding rewards
• Measure advertising performance, maintain service stability, and prevent fraud
• Support Android system backup and device restoration

5. Third-Party Processing and Sharing

The developer does not sell or provide your values, rules, profile entries, or pixel icons to third parties through a developer-operated server.

However, Google LLC may process the advertising-related information described in Section 3 through the Google Mobile Ads SDK. If Android backup is enabled, Google may also process device backup data as part of the Android backup service.

6. Retention and Deletion

Locally stored data is retained until you delete it. You can remove data by:

• Deleting individual values, rules, custom items, or Life Records
• Using “Reset all content” in the App’s settings
• Clearing the App’s data in Android settings
• Uninstalling the App

Original photos are not retained by the App after conversion. Advertising-related information is retained according to Google’s policies. Data stored in Android backup is managed according to your Google Account and device backup settings.

7. Security

Content managed directly by the App is stored in local device storage. Information transmitted by the advertising SDK is encrypted in transit using TLS. However, no method of storage or transmission can guarantee absolute security.

8. Children’s Privacy

The App does not ask for a name, date of birth, or age. Users under the age of 14 should use the App with guidance from a parent or legal guardian and should consult their guardian before using photo or advertising features. Advertising settings required by applicable laws and Google Play Families policies will be applied according to the App’s declared target audience.

9. Your Choices and Rights

You can view, edit, and delete content stored within the App. Because the App does not operate user accounts or a developer server, there is no server-side account deletion process. Advertising privacy choices can be managed through Android advertising settings or Google’s advertising settings.

10. Changes to This Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated when the App’s features, third-party services, or applicable laws change. Material changes will be announced through an App update notice or an in-App notice. The revised policy applies from the effective date shown above.

1. 앱이 직접 저장하는 정보

앱은 다음 정보를 사용자의 기기 내부에 저장합니다.

이 정보는 계정이나 자체 서버로 전송되지 않으며, 앱 기능을 제공하기 위해 기기 내부의 Android DataStore에 저장됩니다.

Android의 기기 백업 기능이 활성화된 경우, 운영체제 정책과 사용자의 기기 설정에 따라 앱의 로컬 데이터가 Google의 Android 백업 또는 기기 간 전송에 포함될 수 있습니다. 해당 백업은 앱 개발자가 직접 열람하거나 관리하지 않습니다.

2. 사진 및 카메라 사용

사용자가 아이콘 제작 기능을 직접 선택한 경우 앱은 다음 기능을 이용할 수 있습니다.

• 시스템 카메라 앱을 통한 사진 촬영
• 사용자가 선택한 갤러리 이미지 불러오기
• 선택한 영역을 16×16 픽셀 아이콘으로 변환

원본 사진은 변환 과정에서 기기 메모리에서만 처리되며 앱의 자체 서버로 업로드되지 않습니다. 앱은 원본 사진을 별도로 보관하지 않고, 변환된 픽셀 색상 데이터만 기기 내부에 저장합니다.

3. 광고 서비스

앱은 홈 화면에 Google AdMob 배너 광고를 표시하며, 무료 기능의 추가 슬롯을 제공하기 위해 사용자가 직접 선택하여 시청하는 보상형 광고도 사용합니다. 보상형 광고는 사용자가 시청을 선택한 경우에만 표시됩니다. 프리미엄 이용자에게는 배너 광고 및 보상형 광고를 표시하지 않습니다.

Google Mobile Ads SDK는 광고 제공, 광고 성과 측정, 분석 및 부정 이용 방지를 위해 다음 정보를 자동으로 수집하거나 Google과 공유할 수 있습니다.

• IP 주소 및 이를 통해 추정되는 대략적인 위치
• 광고 조회, 클릭, 앱 실행 등의 앱 상호작용 정보
• 앱 실행 시간, 오류, 멈춤 및 에너지 사용과 같은 진단 정보
• Android 광고 ID, 앱 세트 ID 및 기타 기기 식별자

이 정보는 전송 과정에서 암호화됩니다. 광고 ID는 Android 기기의 개인정보 보호 또는 광고 설정에서 재설정하거나 삭제할 수 있습니다. Google의 정보 처리 방식은 Google 개인정보처리방침과 Google 광고 관련 안내에서 확인할 수 있습니다.

4. 이용 목적

앱과 제3자 서비스는 정보를 다음 목적으로 이용합니다.

• 가치 선반, 규칙, 프로필 및 인생 기록 기능 제공
• 사용자가 만든 픽셀 아이콘 저장 및 표시
• 배너 및 보상형 광고 제공과 광고 보상 처리
• 광고 성과 측정, 서비스 안정성 확인 및 부정 이용 방지
• 기기 변경 또는 복원 시 Android 시스템 백업 지원

5. 제3자 제공 및 처리 위탁

앱 개발자는 사용자가 작성한 가치, 규칙, 프로필 또는 픽셀 아이콘을 자체 서버를 통해 제3자에게 판매하거나 제공하지 않습니다.

다만 광고 제공을 위해 Google LLC의 Google Mobile Ads SDK가 위 3항의 정보를 처리할 수 있으며, Android 운영체제의 백업 기능이 활성화된 경우 Google이 기기 백업 데이터를 처리할 수 있습니다.

6. 보유 기간 및 삭제

기기 내부 데이터는 사용자가 삭제할 때까지 보관됩니다. 사용자는 다음 방법으로 데이터를 삭제할 수 있습니다.

• 개별 가치, 규칙, 커스텀 아이템 또는 인생 기록 삭제
• 앱 설정의 “모든 내용 초기화” 사용
• Android 설정에서 앱 데이터 삭제
• 앱 삭제

원본 사진은 픽셀 변환이 끝난 후 앱에서 별도로 보관하지 않습니다. 광고 관련 정보의 보유 기간은 Google의 정책에 따릅니다. Android 백업에 남은 데이터는 사용자의 Google 계정 및 기기 백업 설정에 따라 관리됩니다.

7. 보안

앱이 직접 관리하는 콘텐츠는 기기 내부 저장소에 보관됩니다. 광고 SDK가 전송하는 정보는 TLS를 사용하여 전송 중 암호화됩니다. 다만 어떠한 저장 또는 전송 방식도 절대적인 보안을 보장할 수는 없습니다.
