Aube Co. ("we," "our," or "the Operator"), the operator of 100 Years, values your privacy and strives to comply with applicable privacy laws and regulations.

This Privacy Policy explains what information is processed by the 100 Years app and how it is used.

1. Information We Process

Information You Provide

• Name or nickname (optional)
• Date of birth
• Stamp themes, icons, and colors
• Daily stamp completion records
• Goals and any content you write
• App preferences such as themes, fonts, and calendar cell styles
• Notification preferences and notification time

Information Processed When You Sign in with Google

• Google profile name
• Email address or Google account identifier
• Firebase user ID

100 Years does not collect or store your Google account password.

Information Automatically Processed for Advertising

Google Mobile Ads SDK may automatically process the following information to provide advertisements, measure advertising performance, perform analytics, and prevent fraud:

• IP address and approximate location derived from it
• App interaction data, such as app launches, screen taps, and advertisement views
• Performance and diagnostic information related to the app and advertising SDK
• Device or account identifiers, including the Android Advertising ID and App Set ID

Information Processed for In-App Purchases

• Purchased products
• Purchase status
• Purchase token

Payment information, including credit card numbers and bank account information, is processed directly by Google Play. We do not collect or store payment method information.

2. Purpose of Processing

We process your information only for the following purposes:

• Displaying your 100-year calendar and life progress
• Creating, viewing, editing, and deleting stamps and goals
• Saving your preferences and maintaining the app interface
• Providing Google Sign-In and account synchronization
• Sending stamp reminders at the time you specify
• Providing temporary access to premium themes and calendar cell styles through rewarded ads
• Verifying and restoring in-app purchases
• Maintaining service security and preventing abuse

3. Data Storage and Retention

Data Stored on Your Device

Your date of birth, stamps, goals, completion records, and most app settings are stored locally on your device using Room Database and DataStore.

This information is retained until:

• You use the app's Reset Data feature;
• You clear the app's data from your Android device settings; or
• You uninstall the app.

Depending on your Android backup settings, locally stored data may be included in your Google account backup or device transfer process. We do not have access to those backup files.

Google Account Information

Google account information is processed through Firebase Authentication for as long as your account remains active.

Advertising and Purchase Information

Information related to advertisements and in-app purchases is retained according to Google's applicable policies.

4. Third-Party Services

We do not sell your personal information.

To provide certain features, the app uses the following Google services, which may process information as necessary.

5. Permissions Used by the App

Notification Permission

Used to send stamp reminder notifications at the time you choose. Notifications can be disabled at any time through the app settings or your Android system settings.

Boot Completed Permission

Used to restore scheduled notifications after your device restarts.

Internet Permission

Required for Google Sign-In, advertisements, and in-app purchases.

6. Your Rights

You can use the following features within the app:

• Change your name or nickname
• Change your date of birth
• Modify or disable notifications
• Edit or delete stamps and goals
• Delete locally stored data using the Reset Data feature

7. Security Measures

We take appropriate measures to protect your personal information, including:

• Processing only the minimum information necessary to provide the service
• Storing user records locally on the device whenever possible
• Using encrypted communication when interacting with Google services
• Managing authentication through Firebase Authentication

You are responsible for keeping your device and Google account secure.

8. Children's Privacy

100 Years is not designed for children under the age of 14.

Users under the age of 14 must obtain consent from a parent or legal guardian before providing personal information. If we become aware that personal information has been processed without such consent, a parent or legal guardian may contact us using the information below to request deletion.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in our services or applicable laws.

When changes are made, the updated Effective Date will be posted on this page. Significant changes will be announced through the app or on the Google Play Store listing.
